Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Upad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.Upad is a non-custodial token launchpad interface deployed on Robinhood Chain. All transactions are executed directly by your wallet on the blockchain — we never hold your funds.
No investment advice
Nothing on Upad constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Tokens launched on this platform may have little or no monetary value. Trading on bonding curves and Uniswap v4 pools carries significant risk, including the potential loss of all funds. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
No guarantees
The interface is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite best efforts. Upad does not guarantee uptime, accuracy of displayed data, or successful execution of transactions. Robinhood Chain is a third-party blockchain infrastructure we do not control.
Your responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Do not use Upad for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
- Do not launch tokens designed to deceive, scam, or mislead other users.
- Keep your wallet and private keys secure at all times.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any token name, symbol, or metadata you submit.
On-chain irreversibility
All transactions submitted through Upad are final and irreversible once confirmed on Robinhood Chain. We cannot reverse trades, refund tokens, or recover lost funds under any circumstances.
Fees
Trading on Upad carries a 4% total fee on each buy and sell, split as 2.8% to the token creator and 1.2% to the protocol treasury. After graduation, the same 4% Uniswap v4 pool fee applies; LP fees are distributed through the on-chain FeeLocker. Launching a token itself is free — you only pay network gas and any optional initial buy. Fee rates may change via contract upgrades; the live on-chain configuration is authoritative.
Intellectual property
The Upad interface, branding, and original content are the property of the Upad team. Deployed smart contracts are open and publicly verifiable on-chain.
Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Upad after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on X (@upadfun).
